The BMFTR has placed RIDLOP on the shortlist of the national prioritization process for large-scale research infrastructures. Nine projects were selected for the shortlist; RIDLOP is the only project from the social sciences. Next, the shortlisted projects will undergo individual evaluation by the German Science and Humanities Council (Wissenschaftsrat), which precedes the ministry's funding decision.
