On 16 January 2026, the second session of the mini series organized by Katrin Weller, Yannik Peters, and Johannes Gruber took place online as part of "Show & Tell – Social Media Data in Research Practice" (Text+, NFDI): Dr. Julian Jaursch introduced more than 50 participants to the EU DSA Data Access Portal and the formal application process under Article 40(4).
The session focused on vetting and eligibility criteria, documentation requirements for research projects, funding, and data protection and security.
